Industrial Recycling Equipment Manufacturer
Hydraulic balers, shears, briquette presses and complete recycling systems engineered and manufactured for global industry.

One accountable team from material analysis to after-sales support.

DILOYA develops hydraulic balers, shears, briquette presses, shredders and complete material-recovery solutions. Every project begins with the customer’s material, capacity target and operating environment. Our engineers coordinate structure, hydraulics, controls, feeding and discharge so the finished system fits the production workflow—not just a specification sheet.
- Engineering-led configurationEquipment is selected around material properties, target capacity, site layout and the required production workflow.
- Integrated manufacturingFabrication, machining, hydraulic assembly, electrical integration and trial operation are coordinated by one team.
- Lifecycle accountabilityProject drawings, commissioning guidance, operator training, spare parts and maintenance support continue after delivery.

Material Analysis
We review the material type, form, bulk density, size, moisture and contamination level. These details determine the most suitable feeding method, compression technology and machine configuration.
Capacity Planning
Our engineers confirm the required hourly throughput, finished bale or briquette specification and operating schedule. We then balance equipment capacity with labor, storage and downstream logistics.
System Design
The complete system is configured around the site layout and production workflow. Structure, hydraulics, PLC controls, feeding, discharge and safety functions are coordinated as one solution.
Fabrication & Assembly
Key structures are fabricated, machined and assembled in our integrated manufacturing facility. Controlled production procedures help maintain dimensional accuracy, welding quality and component consistency.
Testing & Inspection
Before shipment, hydraulic pressure, electrical controls, sensors, safety logic and operating functions are inspected. Trial running verifies stable performance and confirms that the system meets the agreed requirements.
Installation & Support
We provide layout and foundation drawings, installation guidance, commissioning support and operator training. Spare-parts coordination and maintenance assistance continue throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Manufacturing capability behind every DILOYA system.
Our production workflow brings fabrication, machining, hydraulic assembly, electrical integration and trial operation into one accountable process.

Inspection throughout manufacturing and final testing.
Material & Welding Inspection
Incoming steel, key structural dimensions and critical welds are checked during fabrication. Visual inspection and production records help confirm material consistency, welding quality and assembly accuracy before the next stage.
Hydraulic Pressure Testing
Hydraulic cylinders, valves, pipelines and connections are pressure-tested for stable operation and reliable sealing. The system is monitored for leakage, abnormal temperature and pressure loss under working conditions.
Electrical & PLC Verification
PLC programs, electrical cabinets, sensors, interlocks and emergency-stop functions are verified step by step. Control sequences and safety logic are checked against the approved operating requirements before delivery.
Trial Running
Completed equipment is operated through repeated working cycles before shipment. Feeding, compression, discharge, noise and overall stability are reviewed, with final adjustments recorded for a smoother installation and commissioning process.
Support before, during and after delivery.
DILOYA supports project consultation, layout and foundation drawings, installation guidance, commissioning, operator training, spare-parts coordination and maintenance assistance.

Answers for evaluating your manufacturing partner.
Is DILOYA a manufacturer or a trading company?+
DILOYA manufactures industrial recycling equipment, with engineering, fabrication, assembly and testing coordinated around the supplied configuration. For a purchasing decision, assess those capabilities against the machine and material duty you actually need rather than relying on a general company label. Factory Production Tour provides a relevant introduction, while a project discussion should establish the engineering scope, production checks and documentation applicable to the proposed order.
Can DILOYA customize a complete recycling line?+
A complete line can be assessed around the material route: receiving, preparation, feeding, processing and finished-product collection. Customisation is useful when it resolves a particular constraint such as tangled chips, intermittent trolley deliveries or limited working space. Integrated Auto Metal Chips Briquetting Line illustrates one coordinated arrangement, not a standard answer for every site. Provide actual feed, sustained demand and a dimensioned layout so required stages and interfaces can be defined without adding equipment that solves no identified problem.
Does DILOYA provide installation and commissioning support?+
Documentation, remote guidance and project-specific commissioning support can be discussed for the proposed equipment; any site attendance and its costs need explicit agreement. Installation Guidance is a useful starting point, but it does not replace an order-specific responsibility list. Confirm who provides the floor or foundation, lifting, power connection, oil, labour and operator training, and establish which information must be ready before the planned commissioning date.
How is equipment tested before shipment?+
Pre-shipment checks and trial operation should correspond to the supplied machine and agreed test scope. Distinguish functional checks of the hydraulic, electrical, control and protective systems from material-performance acceptance: an empty cycle cannot establish sustained output or the customer's finished-product result. Agree representative feed, measurement boundaries, records and any witnessed testing before relying on a demonstration. Request the documentation applicable to the actual configuration rather than inferring a guarantee from a general factory video.
