This notice explains what happens to personal information when you browse this website, send an equipment enquiry or contact the DILOYA team.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

This website is operated by DILOYA GROUP CO., LTD., which is responsible for the personal information handled through this website. In this notice, “DILOYA”, “we” and “our” refer to DILOYA GROUP CO., LTD.

For privacy questions or requests, email info@diloya.com with the subject “Website privacy request”, or write to the address above. Additional telephone and office contact information is available on the Contact Us page.

2. Information collected through the website

  • Enquiry details: your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, company name when supplied, and the requirements or other information you enter in a form.
  • Enquiry context: the source page address and title, submission time, an enquiry identifier, and the status of our response. A source page address can include query parameters.
  • Correspondence: information you subsequently send us by email, telephone or messaging services about a project, quotation or support request.
  • Technical information: hosting and embedded-service providers may receive your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times and security-related information when delivering the website.

The forms mark required fields. If you do not provide the required contact details and requirements, the online form cannot be submitted. You can instead contact us using the details on our Contact Us page. Please do not include passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.

3. Why information is used

We use enquiry and correspondence information to respond to your request, assess the material and equipment requirements you describe, prepare a proposal, arrange project discussions, and provide relevant technical or after-sales support. Submission details help us identify the equipment or article you were viewing and manage follow-up.

Technical information supports delivery, troubleshooting, security and prevention of misuse. An enquiry is not a subscription to unrelated promotional messages.

Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, the appropriate basis depends on the activity: steps you request before entering a contract or performance of a contract; legitimate interests in answering business enquiries, maintaining business correspondence and securing our services, balanced against individual rights; compliance with legal obligations; or consent where required for an optional activity.

4. Service providers and other recipients

Enquiries are stored in the website’s backend using Supabase. If email notifications are configured, enquiry details are also sent through Resend to the designated business recipient. Relevant DILOYA staff use these details to handle your request.

Website hosting, database, infrastructure and communications providers process information as needed to deliver their services. Information may also need to be disclosed to professional advisers or competent authorities where required by law or necessary to address a legal claim.

Google Maps and YouTube content, externally hosted images, and links to WhatsApp, WeChat or social platforms involve third-party services. Embedded content may connect to its provider when loaded, not only when clicked. Those providers may receive technical information and apply their own privacy and cookie practices.

See Google’s Privacy Policy, WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy, Supabase’s Privacy Policy and Resend’s Privacy Policy for their respective services.

5. Cookies, browser storage and embedded content

The website’s administration area uses a session cookie to keep authorised administrators signed in. Hosting and security services may also use technical cookies needed for their operation.

Public pages use CNZZ/Umeng website statistics to measure visits and traffic sources. The provider may receive page addresses, referring pages, IP addresses, browser and device information, and use cookies or similar identifiers. Our integration sends page paths without query strings and does not send enquiry form fields. Statistics are not loaded on administration or login pages.

Embedded maps and video players may use cookies or similar technologies according to the provider’s settings, your interaction and your browser. You can manage cookies and site permissions in your browser; restricting them may affect sign-in, maps or video playback. Browser controls are not a substitute for any consent required by applicable law.

6. International handling of information

DILOYA handles international equipment enquiries. Our team and service providers may handle information in countries other than your own, where data-protection rules may differ.

Where applicable law requires a particular transfer mechanism or safeguard, that requirement applies to the relevant transfer. Contact us for information about the providers, processing locations and safeguards relevant to your enquiry. Visiting this website does not waive any mandatory protection or constitute blanket consent to international transfers.

7. Retention and security

Retention depends on the purpose of the record, the progress of the enquiry or project, our continuing business relationship, applicable record-keeping requirements, and any dispute or legal claim. Website records, business email and backup systems can have different retention cycles. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.

You can request deletion of enquiry information using the contact details above. Some records may need to be retained where required or permitted by applicable law; we will explain relevant limitations when handling your request.

Access to the enquiry-management interface requires administrator authentication. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending sensitive or confidential project material through the public enquiry form; contact us first to agree an appropriate channel.

8. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies and the basis for processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information. You may also have a right to object to processing, including direct marketing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Send requests to info@diloya.com. Include enough information to identify the enquiry, but do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or changing records. Requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law, subject to its exceptions.

You may raise a concern with the data-protection authority responsible for your location. UK visitors can find information at the Information Commissioner’s Office; EEA visitors can find their authority through the European Data Protection Board.

9. Business audience and children

This website is intended for business and industrial equipment enquiries, not for children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so that we can review and address the record.

10. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when website functions, processing practices or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Where legally required, material changes will be brought to your attention separately.
