Description

The DILOYA Wiping Rags Baler, listed as the Single Bale Bagging Baler, is designed to package loose used rags and industrial wiping cloths in a consistent single-outlet process. These fabrics can be bulky and difficult to stack when uncompressed. Hydraulic compaction reduces void space; the bag contains the finished charge for counting, warehouse handling and distribution.

Material Preparation and Baling Cycle

Operators sort cloths by grade and remove hard objects, chemicals, sharp contamination and excessive moisture before feeding. Rags enter the loading chamber in controlled batches, are compressed to the selected package size, then discharged into the specified bag. The finished bale is closed, weighed and labeled according to the buyer's requirements. The feed, bag and tie or sealing method must suit fabric elasticity and the intended transport conditions.

Choosing a Configuration

DILOYA can match chamber dimensions, hydraulic force, bagging arrangement, controls and material handling to target bale weight and hourly volume. Cotton-rich rags, mixed textiles and tightly woven industrial cloths have different spring-back and loose density, so actual bale weight and cycle rate should be checked with representative samples. Keep reusable clean wipers separate from contaminated waste streams and follow applicable handling rules.

Advantage

  • Single-outlet workflow: a clear feed, compress, bag and discharge sequence supports repeatable packaging.
  • Volume reduction: compact rags occupy less warehouse and vehicle space than loose cloth.
  • Contained packages: bags reduce scattering and make units easier to count, label and move.
  • Grade control: sorted rags can be packed separately for different buyers and uses.
  • Flexible specification: chamber, bag dimensions and target weight can be selected for the actual fabric mix.
  • Practical handling: regular packages support stacking and distribution after weighing.

Parameter

Machine dimensions, hydraulic pressure, chamber size, motor power, and automation options are configured according to material characteristics and required capacity.

FAQ

Do metal bales require wire or strapping?+

Whether a metal bale needs ties is a package-stability and receiving-specification question. Some approved scrap combinations form self-supporting bales; others need a defined restraint method. Assess the package after pressure is released and through handling. A compact appearance at the discharge point is not sufficient proof that restraint is unnecessary.

Confirm this during selection and testing. Never assume a package is stable because it looks compact immediately after pressing. Any tying or wrapping method must suit the machine, bale handling and downstream process, with the required consumables and operator tasks included in the scope.

Which metals can be considered for briquetting?+

Assess the alloy and the chip form together. Aluminium curls, copper granules and cast-iron chips are all metallic feed, but can differ in filling behaviour and pressing duty. Copper Cloves Briquetting Solutions illustrates one copper project; its reported density cannot be transferred to other alloys or interpreted as a universal press specification.

Provide alloy, chip size, bulk density and fluid condition. Hardness, spring-back and contamination affect the required preparation and pressing duty. Separate assessments may be needed when changing between substantially different materials.

How should metal-baler throughput be measured?+

Metal-baler throughput is accepted bale mass divided by representative elapsed production time. State whether that time includes loading and collection, and retain information about interruptions. A fast ram stroke can coexist with low yard output if the chamber waits for scrap or finished bales cannot be removed.

  1. Record the actual incoming scrap and target bale.
  2. Time a representative production period.
  3. Weigh accepted completed bales.
  4. Include the loading and collection tasks agreed for the test.
  5. Report interruptions rather than deleting them from the result without explanation.

A short no-load cycle or peak ram speed does not represent sustained tonnes per hour. Mixed scrap, inconsistent loading and collection delays can change output. Agree the measurement boundary before comparing machine performance.

What should be considered for aluminium UBC baling?+

For aluminium UBC, define the can condition and the buyer's bale requirement before choosing automation or capacity. Loose cans create a high-volume feeding duty; residual liquid and mixed containers also affect the process. Automatic Aluminium UBC Shear Baler documents one Indonesian project, but its reported output is not a rating for every UBC stream.

The buyer may specify bale size, density, packaging and cleanliness. Match the baler and any conveyor to those requirements. A can-baling line does not replace upstream sorting, and mixed containers or unsuitable contaminants should not be assumed acceptable.

What matters when baling sisal fibre?+

Sisal selection should preserve the fibre properties the receiver values while making loading and packaging practical. Long entangled strands may create a different handling problem from short clean fibre. Use Vertical Natural Fiber Baler as context, then trial the actual strand form with the agreed restraint, wrapping and package-opening requirements.

Discuss:

  • Typical and maximum fibre length.
  • Loose bulk density and degree of tangling.
  • Moisture and contamination limits for the receiver.
  • Bale dimensions, mass, restraint and wrapping.

If the customer needs the fibres to retain a particular useful length or opening behaviour, include that in the trial. Baling is not automatically a cutting process, and cutting should not be added without a product requirement.
