DILOYA WEBSITE INFORMATION

Terms of Use

Last updated:

Please read these terms when using our equipment information, technical resources and online enquiry services.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms explain the conditions for using the DILOYA industrial recycling equipment website and its enquiry features. This website is operated by DILOYA GROUP CO., LTD. (“DILOYA”, “we” or “our”).

Registered address: No.888,West 2 HuanHu Road, Shanghai Free Trade Zone,China. Email: info@diloya.com.

They do not replace an individually agreed quotation, sales contract, technical agreement, warranty or service agreement. The legal entity supplying equipment and the applicable commercial terms must be identified in the relevant transaction documents. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not excluded by these terms.

2. Website information and technical guidance

Product pages, application guides, articles, photographs, videos and FAQs provide general information. Equipment may be shown with optional features, project-specific configurations or installations that differ from a proposed supply.

Suitability, production rate, bale or briquette characteristics, energy use and other results depend on the material, feeding, preparation, settings, site conditions and operating method. Examples and planning calculations are not guaranteed machine ratings or performance commitments.

Confirm the exact model, scope, dimensions, utilities, safety requirements and acceptance criteria in a written proposal. Website guidance does not replace the equipment manual, approved operating procedures, site risk assessment or advice from qualified personnel.

3. Enquiries, quotations and contracts

Sending a form, downloading information or exchanging an initial message does not by itself place an order, reserve equipment, establish a delivery date or create a supply contract. Enquiry acknowledgements confirm receipt, not technical acceptance.

Please provide accurate contact details and representative information about your material and intended use. Price, taxes, freight, payment, lead time, installation, testing, warranty and after-sales scope must be confirmed in the applicable written commercial documents.

Do not submit another person’s personal information without authority, or confidential drawings, sensitive information or third-party material that you are not entitled to share. Contact us first if a confidentiality arrangement is needed.

4. Acceptable use

You may browse the public website, follow its links and use the contact features for genuine enquiries. You must not submit unlawful or deceptive content, send spam, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls or disrupt the website.

Do not misrepresent your identity, impersonate DILOYA or use website material to make misleading claims about equipment, certifications or business relationships. Access to administration functions is restricted to authorised users.

5. Intellectual property and supplied material

Website text, design, photographs, diagrams, videos, logos and other material belong to DILOYA or their respective rights holders. You may view and retain material for your internal evaluation of equipment, subject to any download-specific conditions and applicable law. Keep copyright and attribution notices intact.

These terms do not grant permission to republish, resell or rebrand website material, use a trademark as your own, or imply endorsement. Obtain permission for other uses unless a statutory exception applies.

You retain your rights in material you send us. By sending it for an enquiry, you authorise its use to the extent reasonably needed to assess and respond to that enquiry; this does not transfer ownership or authorise unrelated public advertising.

6. External links and embedded services

Maps, video players, messaging links and social links may be provided by third parties. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. An external link does not guarantee the accuracy, availability or security of the linked service or imply an endorsement.

7. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains the website’s handling of enquiry information, technical data, embedded services and privacy requests. Submitting an enquiry allows us to respond to that enquiry; it is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing or a waiver of privacy rights.

8. Availability, corrections and responsibility

We may update information or temporarily interrupt the website for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. We aim to present useful information, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every page is free of omissions or outdated details. Tell us if you identify an error.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, general website information is supplied without a guarantee that it is sufficient for a particular project. Obtain project-specific confirmation before making procurement, engineering or operating decisions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prevents exclusion. Responsibilities for a purchased machine are governed by the applicable agreement and mandatory law, not by a general website disclaimer.

9. Updates, questions and disputes

The date above identifies this version. Later website use is subject to the terms then published, without retrospectively changing an existing equipment contract.

For website questions, content permissions or concerns, email info@diloya.com or use the Contact Us page. Please first describe the issue so that we can try to resolve it. Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provision for an equipment transaction belongs in its agreed contract; these website terms do not impose a separate arbitration agreement or waive mandatory legal rights.
